The Seacoast Chapter of the University of New Hampshire Alumni Association announces this year's scholarship fund-raiser will be held on Saturday, Jan. 8, 2005, at Stillings Dining Hall on the UNH campus in Durham, starting at 4:30 p.m., followed by the UNH men's ice hockey game against Providence in the Whittemore Center at 7 p.m.

The Inn at SpruceWood, a senior living community located in Durham, is this year's sponsor for this event, now in its 24th year.

The annual scholarships are awarded to UNH undergraduates who reside in the Seacoast area and have a parent who graduated from the university. Students must demonstrate academic merit and financial need.
