Magical, musical holiday parade delights crowds
12/03/04 - Rain might have dampened the city streets on Sunday, Nov. 28, when Dover's holiday parade was scheduled originally, but it didn't seem to dampen the spirits of the crowds that turned out the following night, Monday, Nov. 29, for the postponed Magical, Musical Holiday Parade.
