WELLS - On Dec. 17 at 12:38 a.m. Robert Provost, 37, of Harding Way, Kennebunk was arrested on Route 1 for OUI. He was released on PR bond with a court date in York District Court. Alcohol test was .18.

Criminal Trespass

WELLS - On Dec. 21 at 5:11 a.m., Brian O'Hearn, 43, of Moody was arrested at Brown's Service Station for criminal trespass after he was found sleeping in a vehicle in the garage storage lot. O'Hearn had been previously warned regardign trespassing at the location by Wells Officers. He was transported to the York County Jail in lieu of cash bond.

Traffic Accident on Burnt Mill Road

WELLS - On Dec. 27 at 12:07 a.m., Kurt Hanson, 40, of Wells was arrested for OUI and operating after revocation after he was involved in a single vehicle traffic accident on Burnt Mill Rd. The vehicle, a 2001 Kia Sportage, received approximately $3,500 damage. The vehicle was owned by a passenger in the vehicle, Terry Proulx, 40 of the same address. Hanson refused the alcohol test and was taken to the York County Jail in lieu of $1,050 cash bond. Neither subject was injured in the accident.

Sanford woman charged with OAS

KENNEBUNK - Michelle Wallace, 43, of Sanford, was arrested and charged with operating after suspension on Dec. 22 pursuant, police said, to a traffic stop on the Alfred Road in West Kennebunk. Wallace was released on bail from the police station and is expected to be arraigned at the Biddeford District Court.

OUI on Christmas Eve

KENNEBUNK - Stephen Wood, 27 of Kennebunk, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol Dec. 24 on Surrey Lane, police said, pursuant to a complaint that he was operating erratically. Wood was released on bail from the police station and is expected to be arraigned at the Biddeford District Court.

Assaults on Christmas Day

KENNEBUNK -A 32-year-old female resident of Kennebunk was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault, police said, in one incident on Dec. 25. She was charged with a second count of assault after assaulting Sergeant Anthony Burpee while she was being booked at the police station. No injuries were reported in that incident and the woman will be arraigned at the Biddeford District Court.
