April 1
6:17 a.m.- Police were called to Cottage Street for a report about someone at a vacant house.
10:50 a.m.- A Bartlett Street caller asked police to check on people on the railroad tracks.
2:35 p.m.- Officers were called to Gosling Road for a report about two young boys trying to cross the road without adult supervision.
5:07 p.m.- A State Street caller reported a window broken overnight and told police it may have been broken by an employee fired the night before.
10:18 p.m.- A Woodbury Avenue caller reported nine empty kegs were stolen.
York Police Logs
March 24
8:50 a.m. "" Robert P. Tonucci, 57, of 23 Fir Road, Westford, Mass., stopped a 2004 Toyota short behind another vehicle while traveling east on York Street. A 1998 Buick driven by Kevin P. Donlon, 54, of 37 Concord Way, Portsmouth, N.H., rear-ended the Toyota. The Toyota, owned by Barbara S. Tonucci of 23 Fir Road, received $1,800. The Buick received $2,000 damage.
10:13 p.m. "" Daniel M. Dielsi, 57, P.O. Box 548, was charged with possession of a usable amount of marijuana after a motor vehicle stop on River Road, Cape Neddick. Dielsi is scheduled to appear before the York District Court on June 7.
