April 5

  • 10:22 a.m. - A caller reported an attempted burglary during the night at Atlantic Surgical and Internal Medicine on Borthwick Avenue.

  • 5:11 p.m. - Michael Nechaj, 36, 25B Magic Ave., Rochester, turned himself in to police on a charge of reckless conduct.

  • 8:47 p.m. - Krystal Marie Boyle, 27, 11 Kent St., Portsmouth, was arrested on charges of possession of heroin and alleged violation of probation and parole.

  • 9:52 p.m. - A woman told police she received two calls on her cell phone from a man who said he was at her window and could see everything she was doing. The call was from a phone with a New Jersey area code.

    April 6

  • 12:39 a.m. - Police received a call from security at a Market Street hotel, where a female had been assaulted by a man from whom she is currently separated. She was requesting police assistance.

  • 1:22 a.m. - Police received a call from Gilley's on Fleet Street because a group of people outside were arguing, and Gilley's management hoped police presence would help the problem.
