April 7

  • 8:22 a.m. - Officers took a report about the theft of tools from an Odiorne Point Road job site.

  • 9:47 a.m. - A Gosling Road caller asked to press charges for threatening phone calls.

  • 12:30 p.m. - An Islington Street caller reported he was hit with a full recycling bin.

  • 1:09 p.m.- A found wallet was returned to its owner.

  • 2:41 p.m. - A report was taken about a molotov cocktail being thrown at an abandoned pumping station off Harvard Street. Police Lt. Dante Puopolo said because the building is mostly brick, there was minor damage and the case is under investigation.

  • 4:01 p.m. - Police took a call about two boys mutilating a dead raccoon on Ledgewood Drive.

  • 5:57 p.m. - Police were called to Brackett Road for a report about a sick or rabid possum.

  • 6:12 p.m. - Police were called about a disheveled man trying to open door handles and windows on cars in the Bridge Street area.
